T-Mobile responds to the tragedy in France: FREE CALLS AND SMS

In a response to yesterday’s terrorist attack in Nice, T-Mobile has decided not to bill outgoing roaming calls from France to the Czech Republic, calls within France and incoming roaming calls in France to its customers, with effect from 11:00 p.m. on 14 July 2016 to 23:59 p.m. on 22 July 2016. Additionally, calls to French numbers from the Czech Republic, text messages from France to the Czech Republic and text messages within France will also be free of charge during this period.

The suspension of billing applies to customers from all segments and also all virtual operators in the T-Mobile network and their customers. Users of prepaid cards will be reimbursed for the above-mentioned services used in the period specified above.
