Another planned shutdown scheduled for 16-19 October

Another wave of migration to the new client relationship management (CRM) system, which is connected with a planned shutdown of certain services, is scheduled for 16-19 October 2015. The operator apologises for any inconvenience.

During the period concerned, T-Mobile’s current services, including calls, text messages and the possibility of activating selected data bundles (including roaming data bundles), will continue to work uninterrupted. However, during the shutdown the operator will unfortunately be unable to receive and implement customer requests, such as activation of new services, changes to their settings, deactivation of services, SIM card replacements, and activation or deactivation of bundles offering unlimited calls within the Volánky (“Calling Spree”) campaign intended for prepaid Twist card users, via the My T-Mobile self-service portal, automatic voice response system and SMS codes.

The Customer Centre, T-Mobile shops and partner shops will also operate on a limited basis. Assistants will be able to provide only basic information and process basic requests, such as card blocking due to loss or theft. The shutdown will also affect customers using the services of the virtual operators in the T-Mobile network (GTS, Mobil.cz, RWE mobil and PRE mobil) and Kaktus customers.

The operator requests that its customers change the current settings of their services or activate services that they wish to use in the shutdown period in advance. The migration to the new CRM system is a fundamental and necessary technological change that will help improve the quality of services provided to T-Mobile customers as well as introduction of new services.
