Electronic Sales Register from T-Mobile: selection from five devices and functionality guarantee

  • T-Mobile is the only operator to offer five alternatives of products and services for the Electronic Sales Register (ESR)
  • The operator guarantees 24/7 service support
  • The ESR solution meets the highest security standards; all data are backed up
  • Technology is supplied by Wincor-Nixdorf, the largest producer of cash register systems in the Czech Republic

T-Mobile will soon introduce a broad offer of ESR solutions, with sales starting on 15 August. The operator is also preparing a series of workshops to be organised throughout the Czech Republic, at which customers can learn more information about the offer and test all offered alternatives. Devices can be paid for in a single payment or in instalments; this means that customers basically do not need to pay anything at the beginning. The monthly fees for the solution and its operation will start at CZK 425. A possibility to claim a CZK 5,000 discount off the income tax applies to all alternatives of the solution. In its service packages, T-Mobile also guarantees repair of the selected device by no later than the following calendar day; therefore, businesses can be certain that they will always fulfil their statutory duties. The operator anticipates that customers will start paying for the service on 1 December 2016, which gives them an opportunity to learn how to operate the device.

“T-Mobile is the only operator to offer five alternatives of products and services, from fully mobile to all-in-one cash registers. Customers can thus choose exactly what best suits their needs. The solutions can be used in different sectors and can also be combined between them,” says Martin Záklasník, Vice President Business Marketing at T‑Mobile, adding: “T-Mobile will offer additional services complementing ESR, such as the basic setup of terminal devices. Our trained employee will install the terminal device and, in cooperation with the customer, will also set up all features that are necessary for communication with the servers of the Ministry of Finance. Customers will thus receive a fully functional device; they will no longer have to set anything up and can focus on their business.”

The technology is supplied by Wincor-Nixdorf, the biggest producer of cash register systems in the Czech Republic. “We are proud that T-Mobile has selected us as its technology partner and has thus showed its trust in our products and services. The individual components of the solution were chosen on the basis of in-depth market research of the needs and expectations of Czech sole traders and small and medium-sized companies. We managed to put together a comprehensive portfolio of high-quality, user-friendly devices from which any businesses can easily choose, regardless of the sector in which they operate. The packages include the possibility of accepting payment cards. Being number one in the market of cash register systems also means being close to our customers as a strong partner in technical support and services. All our customers, including T-Mobile customers, can be certain that in the case of any failure, a professional service technician will come directly to their premises and will repair the broken device on the day following the reporting of a failure at the latest,” explains Stanislav Zrcek, Executive Director of Wincor Nixdorf s.r.o.
