Another 165 new communities covered with LTE between the middle of October and the middle of November 2014
The largest number of communities covered with LTE are in the Vysočina, South Moravia and Central Bohemia regions
LTE network to expand to more communities by the end of the month
Prague, 12 November – Between the middle of October and the middle of November, T-Mobile expanded its LTE network to 165 more communities in 41 districts of the Czech Republic. The operator is thus continuing the rollout of the country’s fastest mobile internet network in rural areas and small towns, focusing mainly on the areas where the 3G coverage is not available.
The largest number of communities newly covered with LTE are in the Vysočina, South Moravia and Central Bohemia regions, where the LTE network will now be available to 105 more communities, the largest number of them located in the Blansko district (9), Znojmo district (7), Rakovník distric (9), Havlíčkův Brod district (13), Jihlava district (18), Pelhřimov district (9) and Žďár nad Sázavou district (9).
As compared with the previous month, LTE coverage can be newly enjoyed in communities located in the Blansko, Hodonín, Znojmo, Bruntál, Opava, Třebíč, Jihlava and Pelhřimov districts.
