T-Mobile to increase the data limit under the Internet v zahraničí bundles by up to 50%

Within its special summer promotional offer, T-Mobile will increase the data limits under the Internet v zahraničí na den and Internet v zahraničí 100 MB bundles.

Internet v zahraničí na den: increase from 30 to 50 MB
Internet v zahraničí 100 MB: increase from 100 to 150 MB
The offer is valid in the EU from 21 June to 30 September 2015

Within its special summer promotional offer, T-Mobile will increase the data limits under the Internet v zahraničí na den (Internet Abroad for One Day) and Internet v zahraničí 100 MB (100 MB Internet Abroad) bundles. The offer applies to the EU zone which, in addition to the European Union member states, also includes Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Andorra. The offer will be valid from 21 June to 30 September 2015.

“As data consumption has been growing continuously, we have decided to increase the data limits available under our roaming bundles by up to 50% for our customers,” says Tomáš Ryšavý, Vice President Residential Segment at T-Mobile.

With the Internet v zahraničí na den bundle, customers will receive an extra 20 MB of data in addition to the existing data allowance of 30 MB, while the price will remain unchanged at CZK 70.

The data allowance available under the Internet v zahraničí 100 MB bundle will increase from the existing 100 MB to 150 MB, while the current price of CZK 185 will also remain unchanged.

Since June last year, T-Mobile customers have had full control over their roaming data spending. Thanks to the free landing page which will appear when customers open the browser in their mobile devices, no fee is charged for data traffic until they activate one of the two above-mentioned bundles (prepaid Twist card users can only activate the Internet v zahraničí na den bundle). Customers also have an opportunity to pay for data based on the downloaded data volume. If they do not opt for any of the alternatives, roaming data services will not be activated and therefore not charged for.
