Prague, 16 April 2019 - Vladimíra Chlandová was appointed Head of Legal Affairs at T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom as of 1 April 2019. In her new position, she will be responsible for the comprehensive legal affairs of both T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom.
Vladimíra Chlandová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and has many years of experience in the telecommunications segment and media. She started her career in print media (Ringier publishing house) and then spent the following 17 years at UPC Czech Republic, where she was responsible as a member of the Board of Directors for the Legal and Regulatory Department, Public Affairs and later also for the HR Department. From 2006 to 2016, she was chairperson of the board of the Czech Association of Electronic Communications. Vladimíra Chlandová also served as a member of the expert panel at the Czech Telecommunications Office and as a member of the board of the Digimonitor association. Two years ago, she worked at T-Mobile as Manager of Regulatory Affairs. In the last two years, Vladimíra Chlandová worked at the Swedish-based company Trelleborg, where she participated in the integration of Český gumárenský holding (Czech Rubber-Making Holding Company) into the Trelleborg group.
Vladimíra is married with three children. She enjoys spending her free time with her family. Her hobbies include mountain hiking and shooting. She has long been involved in associations that help children suffering from haemophilia.
