Frag bundles for fun

  • Free credit for the S námi plans for downloading content on the www.frag.cz portal
  • The portal offers nearly 2,500 audiobooks and hundreds of mobile games
  • Thirty-eight percent of gamers are in the 18–29 age group

Prague, 18 January 2016 - Today T-Mobile is launching another attractive benefit focused on users of the S námi (“With Us”) plans. The offer comprises the FRAG 100 and FRAG 200 bundles that include CZK 100 and CZK 200 free credit, respectively. This credit allows customers to download content from the www.frag.cz portal, with one credit unit equal to CZK 1. The portal offers hundreds of mobile games, nearly 2,500 audiobooks and other non-gaming content. Each bundle is valid for 30 days from the first activation and is renewed automatically.

The FRAG 200 offer applies to users of the S námi síť nesíť (“With Us Regardless of the Network”), S námi bez hranic (“With Us without Borders”), S námi bez hranic+ (“With Us without Borders+”) and S námi sdílený (“Shared with Us”) plans. The FRAG 100 offer applies to users of the S námi pro mladé (“With us for the Young”) plan.

Users can conveniently keep tabs on the status and validity of their credit units directly at www.frag.cz. For example, when selecting an audiobook priced at CZK 299, users will immediately receive a CZK 200 discount; this means that they will pay only CZK 99. The benefit can be activated and deactivated on the My T-Mobile self-service portal under “Benefits and Rewards” or directly on the FRAG portal.

Unused credit does not roll over and expires automatically after 30 days. However, it automatically increases again to 100 or 200 credit units on the renewal date, depending on the plan. Moreover, customers can purchase anything priced above the amount of free credit; the remaining balance will be billed in their monthly Statement of Services. The portal features such audio-book bestsellers as Analphabet, Stalker and Saturnin as well as new releases such as Police, The Girl in the Spider’s Web and Child 44. The offer of games includes Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus, Block Breaker 3 Unlimited and Need for Speed, to name just a few.

The operator believes that this leisure offer will appeal to customers. According to a research report prepared by the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University in 2015, the largest number of computer and mobile gaming fans are in the 18–29 age group (38%), of whom 19.5% play on a daily basis. However, a fairly large number (27.5%) of gamers are aged 30–39. In terms of gender, single men prevail.

The offer is valid until 31 March 2016. Use of the service will then be evaluated and, depending on customers’ interest, the offer may be modified.
