Mobile coverage of the extended A metro line put into trial operation

On the night of Thursday, 17 December 2015, radio network quality measurements were performed in the new A line tunnels. The measurements revealed that in optimum conditions, speeds in the 2G, 3G and LTE (4G) networks reached 250 kbps, 20 Mbps and 35 Mbps, respectively.

Beginning today, users of Prague’s public transport system can enjoy voice and data services in the high-speed LTE network along the entire route between Bořislavka and Motol.

We wish a merry Christmas to passengers.
