Twist customers to receive 25% extra credit as a top-up reward

T-Mobile has prepared a new top-up reward for its customers using the prepaid Twist card. The current bonus – plush toys – will be replaced by 25% free extra credit with effect from 1 December. The conditions for receiving the reward remain the same: customers need to top up their credit with CZK 500 or more; loyal customers who have been using the prepaid Twist card for five years or more and those who top up their credit via the My T-Mobile application only need to top up their credit with at least CZK 300. The reward is available to customers topping up their credit via the My T-Mobile mobile application, at a T-Mobile or partner shop, on the T-Mobile website or via Statements of Services. The bonus credit is valid for 30 days after credit top-up and can be received for the first credit top-up made until 31 December 2017.

The operator still offers users of the prepaid Twist card a one-day bundle with unlimited data for the discounted price of CZK 99 (valid until the end of January 2018, then the bundle will cost CZK 149) and, until the end of December, a one-month Twist data bundle offering 4 GB of data for CZK 399/month.

The possibility of receiving a plush toy as a reward for credit top-up is currently available at only a few shops. Although the operator had prepared twice the number of plush toys as compared with last year, customer demand has been so strong that supplies have now almost been depleted.
