Another wave of migration to the new CRM connected with a shutdown

From 8:00 p.m. on Friday, 21 August, until the morning of Monday, 24 August 2015, a planned update and modification of T-Mobile’s systems will take place. This is connected with the second wave of migration to the new client relationship management (CRM) system. The operator is advising its customers in advance of the necessary shutdown of certain services and apologises for any inconvenience. During the shutdown, customers will still be able to activate certain data bundles (including the roaming bundles).

During the period concerned, T-Mobile’s current services, including calls, text messages and data, will continue to work uninterrupted. However, during the shutdown the operator will unfortunately be unable to receive and implement customer requirements, such as activation of new services or changes to their settings, including via the My T-Mobile self-service portal.

The Customer Centre will also operate on a limited basis. Assistants will be able to provide only basic information and process basic requirements, such as card blocking due to loss or theft. The shutdown will also affect Kaktus customers and customers using the services of the virtual operators in the T-Mobile network (GTS, Mobil.cz, RWE mobil and PRE mobil).

The operator requests that its customers change the current settings of their services or activate services that they wish to use in the period between 21 August and 24 August in advance.

During the shutdown period, the activation page will offer the following options to customers: 1. Ordering a one-day data bundle with a 25 MB allowance (if the allowance is used up, the bundle can be activated repeatedly).

The migration to the new CRM system is a fundamental and necessary technological change that will help improve the quality of services provided to T-Mobile customers as well as introduction of new services. The first wave was successfully completed in autumn last year.
