Prague, 5 June 2012 – Barbora Stejskalová, Human Resources Director at T-Mobile, has decided to leave the company on 31 August 2012. The operator is intensively seeking her successor.
“The nearly ten years I’ve spent with the T-Mobile Group have been challenging yet immensely interesting, and I have moved forward in that time. However, I am now at a professional crossroads and I am thinking about the future direction of my carrier,” says Stejskalová, commenting on her decision.
Barbora Stejskalová has headed the Human Resources Division of T-Mobile Czech Republic since 2005. During this time, the company underwent a significant change – from a mobile to an integrated operator; the environment of the telecommunications market itself has also changed to a large extent. Throughout this very challenging period Barbora Stejskalová showed a high level of expertise and strong managerial as well as personal qualities. For many companies, T-Mobile has become an example in the field of human resources, and thanks to Ms. Stejskalová and her team it has won numerous awards in professional competitions and surveys. For example, T-Mobile repeatedly scored highly in the Employee of the Year survey and won the Company of the Year: Equal Opportunities award twice.
“I would like to thank Barbora on this occasion for the amount of work and personal engagement with which she has contributed to the development of our company and to wish her all the best for her future personal and professional life,” says Milan Vašina, T-Mobile’s Managing Director.
Barbora Stejskalová will remain in her position until the end of August this year. The name of her successor will be announced by T-Mobile once it becomes known.
