Unique experiences and benefits for the operator’s customers

Prague, 16 June 2014 –T-Mobile will again make the summer more enjoyable with music-related activities, offering a number of benefits to its customers thanks to its partnership with selected festivals. As a partner of Kryštof Camps, a new music event organised directly by the popular Czech band Kryštof, the operator has prepared, for example, a competition for its customers to win 300 tickets to this festival treat. Other benefits include reduced ticket prices and entertainment activities. A unique skydiving wind tunnel in which adrenalin, free-fall and zero gravity junkies can get their fix, has been prepared for the Rock for People festival. The organisers have naturally prepared additional attractive services to enhance the event’s atmosphere.

“We strive to always come up with new benefits for our customers. This year revolves around the theme of high-speed internet coverage of the Czech Republic. Our summer music activities are therefore based on fast internet and benefits for our customers,” says Markéta Vychytilová, Head of Sponsoring at T-Mobile.

Kryštof Camps

A fun online game competition starts today, in which T-Mobile customers can win a total of 300 tickets to all Kryštof Camps. The competition will run until 29 June at www.t-music.cz/krystofkempy. Customers who do not like competitions needn’t despair, as the operator has another attractive offer for them: they can purchase tickets even to Kryštof Camp events that are already sold out in the form of Mobile Tickets (“lístek v mobilu”) at a discount of CZK 100. Advance ticket sales begin on 30 June; more information will soon be available here. This series of music events will be particularly friendly to families with children, who can have fun in a number of accompanying entertainment and sports activities. The brave can, for instance, sing a duet with the band’s lead singer, Richard Krajčo, via an electronic kiosk. After the summer events are over, the operator will donate the entertainment attractions to one of the non-profit organisations with which it has long cooperated.

Kryštof Camps will be held in seven cities of the Czech Republic on the following dates:

  • 12 July   Náměšť na Hané
  • 19 July   Hukvaldy
  • 26 July   Loket nad Ohří
  • 2 August     Mikulov
  • 9 August     Konopiště
  • 16 August   Svojšice near Přelouč
  • 30 August   Plzeň Lochotín

Rock for People

For the seventh year in a row, T-Mobile will support the RfP festival, which will take place on 3-5 July at the Festivalpark in Hradec Králové. The headliners of this year’s edition of the festival are Manu Chao, Biffy Clyro, Chase & Status and Lucie. This year, the festival will be accompanied with a unique presentation centred around the theme of fast internet. The highlight of the operator’s presentation zone will be a skydiving wind tunnel, offering visitors an opportunity to enjoy the unique experience of freedom, adrenalin and zero gravity. The operator will also offer popular practical services, such as a handset recharging station and left-luggage lockers, as well as fun activities. T-Mobile will again provide a technical solution for internet coverage of the Festivalpark and will offer free Wi-Fi to visitors of its presentation zone.

This event will also offer attractive benefits for the operator’s customers. For example, a competition for 20 free tickets begins today at www.t-music.cz/rockforpeople. T-Mobile customers can also look forward to other benefits that will be available at the venue.
