T-Mobile extends its offer of data services

Prague, 3 January 2008 - T-Mobile has improved its offer of data services. As of New Year's Day, T­Mobile customers have another simple and fast option for accessing the internet. In addition to the mobile Internet 4G connection, the operator now also provides internet access via fixed lines by means of the Internet ADSL service. Internet ADSL allows surfing the net for as little as CZK 399 excl. VAT (CZK 474.81 incl. VAT) per month, starting with speeds of up to 2 Mbps. Those who conclude a fixed-term contract for two years for the Internet ADSL service by the end of this March will have internet access free of charge for one month. Moreover, those T­Mobile customers that use post-paid voice services will get a 20% discount on the fixed monthly fee when activating an ADSL tariff plan; the monthly-fee reduction always constitutes no more than CZK 150 excl. VAT and applies to all ADSL tariff plans.

"I hope that this offer will appeal to our residential customers who live in areas not yet covered by Internet 4G," says Petr Dvořák, Vice President Category and Product Management at T­Mobile, adding: "We have also prepared special tariff plans for business clients. Firms often need converged solutions that include both fixed-line internet access and mobile voice services. With T-Mobile, they will now have everything that is necessary for their business."

Internet ADSL for residential clients
Customers can choose one of three tariff plans. The cheapest one, Internet ADSL Basic, costs CZK 399 excl. VAT per month (CZK 474.81 incl. VAT) and provides data-transfer rates of up to 2 Mbps with a monthly FUP limit of ten gigabytes. The fastest tariff plan, Internet ADSL Premium, provides rates of up to 8 Mbps and a monthly FUP limit of 40 GB.

Customers can order the Internet ADSL tariff plan in T-Mobile shops or by calling the Customer Centre. The only thing they need is a fixed line and a modem, which can be purchased for as little as CZK 299 incl. VAT.

Internet ADSL for business clients
ADSL Business tariff plans are suitable both for firms and for individuals. Business and residential customers alike can choose from three unlimited options; the monthly fee starts at CZK 899 excl. VAT (CZK 1,069.81 incl. VAT).

Choice of three modems
When concluding a contract, customers can choose one of three modems for a special price. The ZyXEL P­660R-63C is available for as little as CZK 299 incl. VAT. This modem is particularly suitable for households that plan to access the internet from a single computer. The modem is easy to install and operate. No additional software installation is needed as the modem connects to the PC via Ethernet. The modem is already pre-configured when supplied to the customer. It can be used on a PC with any operating system that supports communication via Ethernet. For more demanding clients, the ADSL2+ modem/four-port switch is also available, including a version that allows connecting a PC to the internet via WiFi.
