The second edition of t-music Back to School with Vypsaná fixa and Mandrage

  • The tour will visit six Czech university cities
  • Special t-music Academy with half-price internet as an attractive reward
  • Last year’s edition saw more than 100,000 visitors

Prague, 9 August 2012 – The second edition of t-music Back to School is coming. For the beginning of the academic year, T-Mobile has again prepared a concert tour of six Czech university cities, but not only for university students. Visitors can look forward to Vypsaná fixa, well known for its great concerts, the ever more popular Mandrage, pop-rock act Eddie Stoilow, the funny Tleskač and the hard-rock band Cocotte Minute. Admission is free again this year.

“Last year we managed to attract more than 100,000 visitors not only from the ranks of university and high-school students. I believe that this year’s edition will be no less successful,” says Markéta Vychytilová, Senior Head of Sponsoring at T-Mobile, adding: “We have prepared a present in the form of a voucher for a 50% discount on Internet na cesty (Internet on the Go) for the hardest-working students who complete our t-music Academy.”

This year‘s tour will start on 18 September in Olomouc and will move to Brno two days later. The following week, t-music Back to School will be hosted by České Budějovice (25 September) and Plzeň (27 September). A new stop on the route is Ostrava (on 2 October), where the event will be held in the newly revitalized Lower Vítkovice Area. The grand finale will then take place at the Exhibition Grounds in Prague on 4 October.

Admission to the event is free and, in addition to concerts, visitors can look forward to other entertaining activities. After last year’s success, t-music Academy will be set up again at the event locations, where students can receive, when completing the courses, not only their first credits, but also a tmA degree. The event will also feature an original painting studio and presentations of scientific and technological disciplines.
