Wohnout and UDG hit the clubs as part of the t-music tour

Prague, 12 March 2009 - The next leg of the t-music tour will feature two rock bands - Wohnout and UDG - performing in seven cities during their co-headlining tour in April.

As the bands are currently releasing new albums, t-music Wohnout & UDG tour will offer not only well-known hits but also one of the first opportunities to hear the bands' new songs live. Fans can expect a live performance of two bands, including a number of intriguing features, bonuses and special sets at concerts.

Wohnout has been on the music scene for 13 years and so far has released five albums and one concert DVD. Songs like Vrátnej ("The Porter"), Banány ("Bananas"), Ó Gramofon ("Oh, Gramophone") have become essential hits on club stages and at rock festivals. Their current album, Karton veverek ("Box of Squirrels"), was initially released in digital format and will be available at http://www.t-music.cz/ for a price determined by the fans until the end of March. The album will be available on standard CDs from April.

UDG is among the younger-generation of up-and-coming bands. Thanks to their high-energy concerts, they have been working their way up among leading rock acts from small clubs to crowded concert halls. The band released their first album after winning a music contest in 2004; their second album was released two years ago and their new album, Autoportrét ("Self-portrait"), will be released in the middle of April containing successful singles such as Motýl ("Butterfly"), Kurtizána ("Courtesan") or Předměstí ("Suburb") among other hits.

The t-music Wohnout & UDG tour will cover seven popular venues across the country, including Prague's Incheba Arena where the bands' official album release party will be held on 21 April. The tour will kick off on 15 April in Plzeň and finish on 30 April in Ostrava.

Posters, photos and other memorabilia have been prepared for concertgoers. Visitors will also be able to download digital content - wallpapers or ringtones of the new songs of both bands - into their mobile phones.

Like with the previous t-music tours, there will be a discounted admission fee of CZK 140 at every venue apart from Prague where the admission fee will be CZK 160. As always, subscribers to the BAV SE tariff plan will enjoy free admission to any concert performed during the tour.
