Barbora Stejskalová in charge of human resources at T-Mobile

T-Mobile has changed its top management. Barbora Stejskalová has been appointed as the new Executive Vice President Human Resources.

Prague, 1 November 2005 - T-Mobile Czech Republic has changed its top management. Effective today, Barbora Stejskalová (1971) has been appointed as the new Executive Vice President Human Resources. Barbora Stejskalová replaces Michal Urválek who has joined RWE Transgas as Human Resources Director.

"One of T-Mobile's main objectives is to provide superior customer services and this objective cannot be achieved without an excellent team of employees. One of my most important tasks will be to create an inspiring and motivating environment," says Barbora Stejskalová, adding: "A change of the corporate culture is now the top priority for me."

Before joining T-Mobile Czech Republic, Barbora Stejskalová worked for its sister company T-Mobile Slovensko in the position of Executive Vice President Human Resources which she took up in 2003. Barbora Stejskalová started her career with Johnson & Johnson and then worked at GE Capital, Česká a Slovenská republika.

After graduating from the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University in Brno, Barbora Stejskalová attended a three-year study programme at Nottingham Trent University, earning an MBA degree (Master of Business Administration). Barbora Stejskalová speaks English and Russian.

Barbora Stejskalová's favourite leisure-time activities include, particularly, sports - skiing, cycling, hiking and golf. Gardening is another of her major interests.
