Prague, 28 February 2005 - Starting on 1 March 2005, T-Mobile is introducing two new services that will help customers significantly cut their telephone bills. The Family service allows creating a group of up to five users who call each other at a special rate of CZK 1.90/min (CZK 2.26 incl. 19% VAT). Using the My Limit service, customers can set up an upper limit for their monthly bill and are informed when reaching it.
"With our new services, customers can always be in touch with whomever they want and do not have to be concerned about their telephone bills," Jiří Dvorjančanský, Executive Vice President Marketing at T-Mobile says, adding: "The special thing about the Family service is the fact that it brings benefits to a group of users - that's why it is well-suited particularly for families and small enterprises."
Family
With the new Family service, members of a group with up to five members can call one another for the special price of CZK 1.90/min (CZK 2.26 incl. 19% VAT). The individual telephone numbers/contracts of the group members are transferred to one person (birth number or company ID). Within such a group, subscribers call one another at the special price automatically, without the need to dial any special prefix (as in the case of, for example, miniVPN). The group can choose the billing method that best suits its needs - a joint statement of services issued for the person to which the individual contracts are transferred, or an individual statement of services for each subscriber.
The Family service is designed for both the residential and business customers of T-Mobile. Those who activate it by 31 May 2005 will pay just CZK 1 (CZK 1,19 incl. 19% VAT) instead of the usual CZK 100.
The service is conditioned on using any of the selected postpaid programmes T 30, T 80, T 250, T 500, Profi 100 (including the HIT variants), Tariff Student and Happy Partner. The group can be established easily by calling the T-Mobile Infoline on 4603. Members' registration and deregistration can be made and information on the group can be obtained on the Infoline, via SMS or My T-Mobile on the t-zones.cz internet or wap site. The special calling rate is charged after using up the free minutes.

My Limit
The My Limit service makes life easier for postpaid customers who are sometimes unpleasantly surprised by the amount of their phone bill. It allows setting up a monthly limit - an amount the customer wants to spend beyond the monthly fee. The user receives an SMS alert when this limit is reached. The limit can also be set up for other cards registered under one Statement of Services (Partner, members of the Family group, etc.).
"My Limit is also suitable for those customers who want to switch from a prepaid card to a tariff and are afraid of losing control of their phone bill, Dvorjančanský comments.
For one's own card, the limit can be set up on the T-Mobile Infoline on 4603 (the limit for the other cards can also be set up here) or via self-service channels - My T-Mobile on wap or via SMS. The minimum limit is CZK 100, the maximum limit is CZK 9,999. Customers do not pay any monthly fees for the service, charges apply only to the set-up or change of the limit (CZK 5.95 incl. VAT) and the SMS alerting them that the limit has been reached (CZK 5.95).
