The new film by the makers of the Oscar-winning Kolya - ZdenÄ?k and Jan SvÄ?rák to which RadioMobil heavily contributed, will be released in Czech cinemas in mid-May this year. OndĹ?ej Vetchý plays the leading role in the drama that tells the story of Czech RAF fighters. Besides a number of other famous actors (OldĹ?ich Kaiser, Linda Rybová or Miroslav Táborský), Kryštof Hádek, so far an almost unknown conservatory student, will appear in one of the most riveting roles. Noteworthy is also the fact that a considerable part of the dialogues is in English and the film features a number of foreign actors, such as Tara Fitzgerald and Charles Dance. RadioMobil decided to support Dark Blue World not only because of the indisputable professional qualities of its makers but also because of the filmâ??s theme. The participation of Czech pilots in the RAF is a chapter of the history that certainly must be fully appreciated and must not bee forgotten. Nevertheless, Dark Blue World will offer not only a historical look back but also a timeless story of love, friendship and life values in general. It is therefore likely that the film will appeal to everyone who sometimes ponders over human values.
