In December 2015, the company announced the appointment of Milan Vašina as the CEO of Slovak Telekom; the other top management positions at T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom have gradually also been combined. The residential segment is now headed by Dušan Švalek and technology and IT by Branimir Marić. The other current members of the Czech top management are in charge of the same areas also at Slovak Telekom.
Dušan Švalek is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava, Faculty of International Trade, and the IESE Business School of the University of Navarra. After starting his career at Benckiser and Johnson & Johnson, he joined T-Mobile Slovakia in 2004 to serve as Customer Service Director and, since 2007, as Marketing Director. He has been responsible for marketing in various positions at Slovak Telekomu until now.
Branimir Marić graduated from the Univesity of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. He started his career at Hrvatski Telekom in the area of internet network management and development. He was in charge of technical product research and development and later became executive director in charge of the group network strategy and platform development, as well as a member of the executive management of T-Com Croatia. Following the merger of Hrvatski Telekom and T-Mobile Hrvatska in January 2010, he held the position of Operational Director responsible for service management and operation of fixed-line and mobile networks. Since January 2012, he has served as the Chief Technology and Information Officer at Slovak Telekom.

- Rudolf Urbánek – Corporate Segment Director at T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom
- Branimir Marić – Technology and IT Director at T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom
Vladimír Klein has accepted the position of Senior Vice President Service Delivery of the recently formed company Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net (DT Pan-Net) and will report directly to the CEO of DT Pan-Net, Kerstin Günther. František Mala has accepted the offer to become Chief Commercial Officer Residential Segment at Telekom Romania.
