Prague, July 29, 2020 – From July 30, T-Mobile is improving its data packages for prepaid Twist cards. The offer will be more advantageous, simpler and clearer. Twist users can look forward to a new generation of 30-day recurring packages as well as an interesting offer for additional data. Newly, T-Mobile also reduces the price of unlimited data per day, introduces unlimited mobile Internet for the weekend or offers three times more data for mobile Internet per week.

“Mobile data available to everyone - that's our priority. Last autumn, we significantly changed the entire mobile data market for postpaid customers. Now we have decided to fundamentally redesign the offer for prepaid card holders,” says Michal Podlucký, Head of B2C segment at T-Mobile, adding: “I hope that the new generation of the packages will really appeal to everyone and customers will no longer look for unsecured wifi networks and switch to mobile data.”

Much more data for a more interesting price

From 30 July, those who prefer 30-day renewal Internet packages per month can look forward to a larger load of data at a better price. For example, a customer who now used a 2GB package for CZK 299 can now purchase 3GB and still save CZK 30 because it costs only CZK 269. Likewise, switching from the existing 4GB for CZK 399 to a 5GB package means more data for a lower price – CZK 369. Heavy users will pay CZK 469 for a 10GB package. Compared to the original price, it will save 130 crowns.

Additional data offer will also be clearer and cheaper. Users can choose either 300MB for CZK 49 (previously CZK 79) or 1GB for CZK 99 (previously CZK 149).

Customers who do not like the 30-day offer still have access to mobile Internet for a week (package with a weekly renewal) and it will now be more advantageous. Instead of the original 150MB per week for CZK 69, it will now contain 500MB for CZK 79.

News for occasional mobile surfers

Lower prices or a higher volume of data await even those users who connect to the Internet only occasionally. The daily package of unlimited data will now cost CZK 69 instead of CZK 99. A novelty is the mobile Internet for the weekend. It brings unlimited surfing from Friday to Sunday (three days) and will cost CZK 149.

If customers do not choose any of the newly offered packages, they still have the option of simple payment for data only according to actual consumption. They don't have to subscribe to anything like that, but the still have mobile data available whenever they need it. With the basic Internet service of 100MB per day, price of every 100MB is CZK 10. In this way, surfing is automatically charged when the customer switchs off any of the above packages. Mobile internet is therefore available for Twist users whenever they want.

For customers with existing data packages, nothing changes, they can continue to surf under the same conditions, or switch to a new, more advantageous offer. New activations of existing packages will not be possible from July 30.
