T-Mobile customers can now enjoy fixed-line internet access that can be packed in a bag and used, for instance, in weekend houses at an extra cost of only CZK 99. T-Mobile is expanding the Pevný internet do zásuvky (“Plug-In Fixed-Line Internet”) service which customers can use outside their homes or offices and choose up to five additional addresses on which it will be available. The monthly package for each additional address can be activated and deactivated at any time and is automatically extended. The availability of the service at the new address can be verified by calling the operator’s infoline or visiting any T-Mobile shop in the Czech Republic; the functionality will later also be available in the online and mobile My T-Mobile application.
T-Mobile introduced the Plug-In Fixed-Line Internet service. It is a variant of the Pevný internet S (“Fixed-Line Internet S”) service with connection via LTE, which does not require any special installation that would involve installing an external modem on the roof or façade of a house. This service uses an indoor modem that is simply plugged into a wall socket. Plug-In Fixed-Line Internet does not have a data limit and offers maximum download and upload speeds of 20 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively, for a monthly fee of CZK 399. Its operation is conditioned by good-quality indoor coverage with the LTE network.
