- Every customer can purchase two tickets at a 15% discount
- T-Mobile customers can also pay for their tickets in instalments
Prague, 4 February 2010 - As in previous years, T-Mobile, or more precisely t-music, is one of the general partners of the Rock for People music festival. As such, the operator will again offer its customers a number of benefits and special offers. The first offer concerns tickets - all T-Mobile customers can purchase tickets at a 15% discount. Those who do not have sufficient cash can make use of a unique new offer - paying for tickets in instalments. This year's edition of the Rock for People music festival will take place from 3 to 6 July at the Hradec Králové airport.
"For several years now, the first days in July when the Rock for People festival takes place are an important part of our sponsoring calendar. The festival is based on the same values as T-Mobile's - it brings experiences to young people who can share them directly with their loved ones," says Zuzana Kadlečková, Senior Head of Sponsoring & Events at T-Mobile, adding: "We are happy that we can again offer a number of benefits to our customers, for example in the form of discounted tickets."
The advance sale of festival tickets begins today, 5 February at 12 noon. The tickets are available at the website www.ticketsforpeople.cz. Every T-Mobile customer purchasing a ticket at the website will pay 15% less than the standard price. One customer, or more precisely one telephone number, can purchase up to two discounted tickets.
This year, T-Mobile is introducing a new service that is available exclusively to users of T-Mobile SIM cards - payment for festival tickets in instalments. For instance, customers can pay a part of the February price tomorrow and the outstanding amount in, for example, March. Customers will receive their tickets (the maximum per one telephone number is two tickets) after they have paid the full price. Unlike classic instalment sales, customers do not have to be afraid of paying any interest, extra charges or distribution fees when purchasing tickets at the ticketsforpeople portal. They will always pay the best price.
T-Mobile will also participate in the winter edition of Rock for People, which has completely changed its structure this year: instead of a one-night show featuring bands of various genres, the organizers have prepared a tour of the ska-punk band THE LOCOS. The band is related through its members as well as by genre with the Spanish band SKA-P, one of the headliners at RfP 2009.
Prices of tickets for the summer Rock for People festival available at www.ticketsforpeople.cz - depending on the purchase date:
- February - CZK 1,290
- March - CZK 1,360
- April - CZK 1,430
- May - CZK 1,500
- June and July - 1,570
