T-Mobile International, one of the world's leading companies in mobile communications, today announces its exclusive launch of the Siemens ST55 in its five European markets. The addition of this particularly attractive T-Mobile branded model further extends T-Mobile's offering of modern multimedia handsets featuring the latest mobile technology combined with easy access to mobile services. The Siemens ST55 allows mobile phone users to quickly and easily take digital photos and send them to friends and family via MMS. Access to t-zones also couldn't be simpler - with one click of a button users can get to an exciting array of mobile services. The phone's further highlights include a large colour display and 40-tone sound quality.
The integrated VGA camera with 4X zoom lens enables consumers to take great quality photos, which can be sent via MMS. The large colour screen (120x160 pixels) with 65,000 colours acts as a viewfinder when taking photos, and provides a clear display of digital images that can be stored in the integrated photo album.
In addition to creating exciting possibilities for photography fans, the Siemens ST55 also gives music lovers their money's worth. With the integrated ringtone editor users can compose their own melodies and save these as a ringtone with up to 40-tone sound quality. Furthermore, the T-Mobile branded Siemens ST55 gives quick and easy access to t-zones information and services through a specially formatted soft key.
Available with T-Mobile from early September, prices for the Siemens ST55 start from euro 149 in Austria, euro 150 in Czech Republic, euro 129.95 in Germany, free in the Netherlands and £79.99 in the UK.
