This year's data show that stability is still a crucial criterion for students, but it is no longer the main one. They are looking for an environment where they can grow in the long term, where they are given attention and where it is not just about promises, but about concrete experiences. "We create an environment in which young people can learn and, above all, develop. That is why flexibility, trust and the ability to be ourselves are key for us. In addition, we are part of not only the Czech-Slovak but also the international environment, which allows us to participate in unique projects in various areas and leveraging opportunities from new trends including AI – which supports innovation and strong career stories. Part of our long-term approach is also talent and trainee programs, thanks to which students have the opportunity to work on real tasks during their studies. They become full-fledged members of the team and take responsibility for the tasks entrusted to them," says Jitka Adámková, Chief People, Law and Integrity Officer at T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom.
T-Mobile actively cooperates with Czech universities and participates, for example, in the development and operation of private 5G networks, which were established at VSB TUO in Ostrava, as well as within CIIRC at CTU, on the campus of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, the Technical University of Liberec and the Brno University of Technology.
Every year, the TOP Zaměstnavatelé study evaluates the attractiveness of companies through the eyes of high school and university students in the Czech Republic. The award is an important indicator of the image of young people about the company culture, job opportunities and conditions offered by the employer.
