Prague, 1 October 2010 - T-Mobile has extended its mobile handset offer with a new model featuring a popular kitty designed not only for women and girls of all ages. Throughout October the Samsung S 5230 Star Hello Kitty handset will be offered exclusively by the biggest Czech operator. Sales of the handset began today with prices starting at CZK 1.
The stylish handset designed in a combination of light colours will please any teenage girl as well as many mothers and can also be a welcome Christmas present. T-Mobile is offering the model with a world-famous smiling Hello Kitty character on its display, back cover and central button for prices starting at CZK 1 if the customer concludes a Subscriber Contract for a fixed term. The basic price is CZK 2,899.

The Samsung S5230 Star Hello Kitty offers completely identical functions as its less stylish brother and features a wide touchscreen display with vibration feedback. Favourite applications are easily accessible via the menu icons on the display. MMS enthusiast will welcome the 3.2 Mpx camera with digital zoom. A fully fledged browser enables easy internet browsing.
In addition, the biggest fans of the little kitty can join the T-Mobile contest for ten handsets which will run on T-Mobile's Facebook page from 4 October. The contest's slogan: "Buď Hello Kitty i ty" ("Go Hello Kitty") indicates that the contest will be based on sending photos related to the Hello Kitty character. Contestants will judge the pictures of other contestants by using the "I like" button.
