Prague, 8 October 2008 - Effective as of 1 October, T-Mobile has merged the two divisions having the most responsibility for sales and customer care. The Sales Division and Customer Services Division were merged into the new Sales and Customer Services Division headed by Miroslav Rakowski (40), former Director of Sales.

"It will be mainly our customers who will benefit from this integration. The Customer Center does not only provide care to our clients and sales people do not only sell - their task is to provide all customers with comprehensive services," says Miroslav Rakowski, Executive Vice President Sales and Customer Services at T-Mobile, adding: "It is a logical step forward that will help to enhance the quality of customer care and the overall efficiency of the Company."

The experience of other companies within the T-Mobile Group also indicates that the integration of both divisions is a positive step towards greater efficiency and better performance of the entire Company. Combined customer services and sales divisions have been successfully operating in Germany, Austria and Great Britain, among others.

Miroslav Rakowski started working as Sales Director for T-Mobile in 2002. He had previously worked for COTY and Gillette.
