CCS terminals offer another method of non-coupon, electronic recharging. So far the customers could recharge their Twist credits through coupons or ATMs. â?śProviding quality customer care also means offering our clients comfortable opportunities to recharge their cards at as many places as possible. Recharging via CCS terminals is one of the ways to make credit recharge even more easier and quicker,â?ť says JiĹ?í Hájek, press spokesman for RadioMobil.
Cards can be recharged at all petrol stations marked with the Twist logo. Twist users may recharge their credits with amounts from CZK 200 to 9,999, however, recharging by less than CZK 400 does not extend the validity of the credit. Every customer who chooses this new recharging method is automatically awarded a bonus of 10% of the recharged amount.
The credit recharged at CCS terminals can be paid using a CCS card or in cash. The actual recharge is very easy. The petrol station attendant will enter all required data including the respective amount, the customer just enters and confirms the phone number that is to be recharged. Finally the terminal will issue a receipt of a successful recharge. At the same time the client will receive an SMS message confirming the credit top-up.
