â?śQuality customer care means, apart from other things, that making calls in the Paegas network should be user-friendly and simple. We realise that many Twist users often travel abroad. Therefore we will keep extending the list of countries in which we offer direct-dial Twist Roaming, a service that makes the calls as convenient as in the national network,â?ť says JiĹ?í Hájek, press spokesman for RadioMobil.
Direct-dial Twist Roaming enables customers travelling abroad a direct connection with the called party, without having to enter special signs. Shortcodes can be also used abroad thanks to this service, in the same way as in the national network (e.g. 3311 â?" Voicemail, 333 Paegas Assistant). To find out his or her current credit, the user can simply call Credit Info on 4601 (free of charge) or send a credit amount inquiry using the *1013# code. Many users will welcome the possibility to directly recharge their credits via the number 4602 or using the code *102*recharging_number#. In addition to making calls, customers can of course receive calls and send or receive short text messages.
Direct-dial Twist Roaming is based on the CAMEL technology (also called 100% roaming). RadioMobil is the only Czech operator offering CAMEL-based services.
RadioMobil was the first operator in the Czech Republic and, together with the German T-Mobil, the first one in Europe to offer CAMEL. The number of operators offering roaming services based on this progressive technology keeps growing.
