About Kaktus
Kaktus is a mobile operator intended for young people and it likes to do things its own way. It decided to distinguish itself primarily by providing friendly customer care on Facebook and offering data services under attractive conditions. It offers free Facebook access to its customers and listens to their wishes communicated via this social network: for example, it organised a gathering of fans called Coffee with Kaktus. One of the outcomes of the gathering was a data bundle aimed at moderately discerning users.

Per-minute calling rates with Kaktus, if bundled, start at CZK 1.50; with the basic plan, calls are charged at CZK 2.50 per minute. The vast majority of customers use Facebook, which does not use up any data from the data allowance. The Kaktus application is available for the Android, iOS and Windows Phone operating systems and is used by 16,751 customers.

Unlike other operators, Kaktus provides its services mainly to internet users and communicates with them informally, the Kaktus way.
