The Company Supporting Health Contest was organised by the National Institute of Public Health under the auspices of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. Representatives of the National Institute of Public Health performed an audit at T-Mobile, focusing on the key criteria related to the health and care of employees. T-Mobile thus defended the certification it gained in 2012. The certification is always valid for three years.
The key criteria include the support, protection and planning of health in the workplace, implementation thereof in practice and results achieved in the area of health support, the company’s policy, social responsibility and other criteria.
According to the National Institute of Public Health, T-Mobile has endeavoured to preserve its “family business” feeling, knows its employees well, including their different characteristics and needs depending on their location, and listens to the needs of its employees while directing them gently towards a healthy lifestyle.
T-Mobile’s HR Director, Uršula Králová, received the Company Supporting Health of the Third Degree for Large Corporations – the Highest-Level Award in October at Kaiserštejnský Palace in Prague from Deputy Minister of Health MUDr. Lenka Teska Arnoštová.
