  • The new service is intended for customers who pay for the services provided by direct debit

Prague, 10 July 2003 - T-Mobile is introducing a new service for customers who have doubts about the amount billed in the respective month. If the matter is not resolved within 24 hours, money will be credited back to the customer's bank account immediately and remain there until the whole matter is resolved. This service enabling a fast and preferential handling of customers' requests applies to all subscribers who pay their invoices by direct debit.

It works as follows: If a customer does not agree with the amount billed in the Statement of Services, all he/she has to do is to contact the T-Mobile Infoline. If the matter is not resolved immediately or if a representative from the Customer Care Department does not notify the customer within 24 hours (working days), T-Mobile will immediately recredit the customer's bank account with the amount in question.

"The new service offered only by our company in the Czech market is introduced in the case of the direct debit method of payment because this method of payment is flexible and allow us to perform the transfers easily. Customers who use the direct debit (almost one third of the tariff customers) can save a lot of time and if there are any doubts, they have a guarantee that the matter will be resolved promptly," says Jiří Hájek, the spokesman for T-Mobile.

The money back guarantee is intended for the current users of direct debit as well as for the customers who decide to activate direct debit. Upon the activation of direct debit, customers obtain a special benefit – 50 Bonus points and the possibility of obtaining the itemized list of calls for a special price of CZK 1.
