Sending SMS directly and easily from the MS Outlook application
Every customer working on a computer can now send SMS to mobile phones from the MS Outlook application. The new T-Mobile service called Office SMS allows the sending of SMS directly from this application, which is commonly used for e-mails in offices. It is no longer necessary to open an internet or intranet SMS gate. Working with Office SMS is very easy and intuitive. Another advantage of this service is the possibility of sending SMS to the numbers of persons saved in the address book. Messages can also be sent to various distribution lists created by the user in Outlook. When typing messages on the computer keyboard, diacritics are automatically removed from the text and a long text is divided into more SMS messages. Moreover, with each message it is possible to select whether the message should be delivered to the recipient's SIM card or only to the phone's display, and whether a delivery confirmation is to be sent to the sender. The service also allows forwarding of received e-mails in the form of SMS and, similarly, forwarding of sent SMS as e-mails. The T-Mobile Office SMS software can be downloaded from T-Mobile's web site. Thanks to zero acquisition costs and minimum demands on the computer, this new service is thus affordable for all business customers who frequently send SMS. When sending SMS, T Mobile Office SMS co-operates with the T-Mobile Private SMS Gate service. One sent SMS will therefore be charged at the price according to the tariff of the service which the user uses for connection of the Private SMS Gate to the T-Mobile network (e.g., T-Mobile SMS Connect, SMSC Direct or a phone with a T-Mobile SIM card).

Mobile phones can now be insured against theft
T-Mobile now offers its customers a guarantee that in the event that their mobile phone is stolen, they will receive appropriate financial compensation. When purchasing a new mobile phone, customers can fill out an insurance application at T-Mobile Retail Shops or at dealers' points of sale. The insurance for a new handset takes effect immediately upon the customer's paying the stipulated insurance premium to the bank account of Generali, a.s. The annual insurance premium depends on the amount of the selling price. Customers will thus pay CZK 499, CZK 935 or CZK 1,535 as the annual insurance premium, depending on whether the customer is insuring a phone purchased at a price up to CZK 10,000, CZK 20,000 or CZK 35,000. A possible insurance claim may subsequently be applied up to the maximum amount of the insurance policy coverage.

The insurance applies to theft or robbery with overcoming an obstacle and can be concluded for a newly purchased mobile phone or Twist set. More information can be found at the T-Mobile web site or in the General Insurance Conditions or Additional Insurance Conditions.

Call with Twist directly from many countries world-wide
Every Twist customer may now call directly from 42 networks in 26 countries word-wide, without having to enter any special codes or complicated prefixes. Less than three months before the start of the summer holidays, T-Mobile is extending the number of partners from whose networks it is possible to call in the same way customers are used to. It is possible to call directly not only from all neighbouring countries or other favourite European destinations, but also from India, Israel, Malta and Thailand.

In all these countries, each user of a prepaid card can simply dial the number of the person he/she is calling in the international format. The user will be connected directly without having to remember any codes or wait for a callback. Another great advantage of direct calling is the possibility of using short numbers when calling, for example, the T-Mobile Infoline, Voice Mailbox, T-Mobile Assistant or when customers need to find out the current amount of their credit. To be connected with the necessary service, users will thus call as simply as if they were at home. If a user needs, for example, information on his/her Twist card credit, all he/she needs to do is to dial 4601.

New download offers
For all fans of real tones in mobile phones, there is a unique offer available as of 12 April - ringtones in the MP3 format. The offer includes, for example, the well-known song "Jede, jede mašinka" by Maxim Turbulenc, the popular "Shut Up" by Black Eyed Peas, "Lose Yourself" by Eminem and "Láska moja" by Elán. New MP3 Real Tones will be delivered as MMS upon ordering. Users may order the MP3 Real Tones in the same way as the other download motifs at the t-zones portal via WAP, the internet or SMS. Currently, the service may be used with Motorola V300, Sony Ericsson P900 and Nokia N-Gage phones. As of the beginning of May, MP3 will also be available for the owners of Nokia 6600 and 6230 phones.

Customers can now choose from a wide range of new download motifs. T-Mobile has prepared an offer of downloads also for the owners of Motorola C450 and C550, Nokia 3100, Sony Ericsson T230, T630 and P900 phones, who can thus accentuate their mobile phones with polyphonic ringtones or sounds and dress up their phones in a wallpaper or animated screensaver. In addition to the offer for new phones, T-Mobile has also extended the offer for current phones with, for example, video for the Nokia N Gage or new Java games for the Sony Ericsson T630, Nokia 3100, and Motorola C450 and C550.

As of mid-April, all T-Mobile customers may try out selected downloads free of charge. Every customer visiting t-zones will be able to select from the free offer under Ochutnávka zdarma category (Free Trial) and obtain, for example, a new ringtone for his/her phone free of charge. The offer of ringtones includes hits by Metallica, Madonna and Ozzy Osbourne, as well as a number of Czech singers, whether the "classic" hit "Lásko má, já stůňu" by Helena Vondráčková or the modern "Modrej dým" by Black Milk. In addition to ringtones, users can download a logo, picture or MMS card. Until 30 April, everybody can thus try out what's best for their mobile phones.
