New Vice President Marketing Communication at T-Mobile

Prague, 20 June 2006 - In mid-June, Lucia Tarbajovská (29) took up the position of Vice President Marketing Communication at T-Mobile. She has gained her professional experience not only in Slovakia, but also in the United Arab Emirates and the Czech Republic, working in various marketing positions, for example, in Globtel GSM, ÈESMAD SLOVAKIA, Samsung Gulf Electronics, Bang & Olufsen Middle East and Montblanc. Her last employer was Vodafone Czech Republic where she significantly contributed to the company's rebranding in the area of marketing communication.

In her new position, Lucia Tarbajovská plans to focus, in particular, on the creation and implementation of an integrated communication strategy leading to further reinforcement of the brand. "In today's situation on the Czech telecommunications market with every brand trying to find its unique place and stable customer base, it is immensely important to focus on the establishment of the overall image based on the fulfillment of promises given to customers. I believe that T-Mobile can become much stronger thanks to its values; they only need to be revived."

Lucia Tarbajovská is single. Outside of work, her interests include psychology, meeting friends, sports, traveling and creative writing. She speaks English, German and Czech.
