Personnel changes at T-Mobile

  • Václav Štěpán appointed Vice President Business Marketing
  • The post of Vice President Strategy now held by Ladislav Možný

Prague, 7 May 2008 - Effective 1 May, Václav Štěpán has become Vice President Business Marketing. He is replacing Ladislav Možný who now holds the post of Vice President Strategy.

When Václav Štěpán (37) started working at T-Mobile in 2002 he worked first as Strategy Manager and then as Vice President Strategy. Before joining T-Mobile, he was involved in strategy-related consultancy for various clients, primarily in the telecommunications field.

Václav Štěpán studied at the VŠE University of Economics in Prague and then received an MBA from Thunderbird, The School of International Management in USA. He speaks English and French, plus a fair amount of German and Spanish. His leisure time activities include traveling, sports, listening to music, reading books and taking photographs. Václav Štěpán is married, with two children.

Ladislav Možný (41) has until now worked as Vice President Business Marketing. His career at T-Mobile started in 1999 and involved various positions within the Marketing Division.

His previous work experience included, among other things, working at the Strategy Department of Unipetrol. Ladislav Možný studied the ČVUT Technical University in Prague and the VŠE University of Economics in Prague. In 2007, he completed his MBA studies at Sheffield Hallam University. His hobbies include keeping pace with the latest research in economics, traveling, skiing, biking and theatre-going. He is married, with two children.
