S NÁMI: CHEAPER INTERNATIONAL CALLS

New offer for users of the S námi plans
Calls to neighbouring countries at CZK 6.99 per minute

Prague, 27 January 2014 – T-Mobile has prepared a new offer of international calls for users of the latest S námi (“With Us”) plans. The offer has been simplified as much as possible – out of the existing twelve zones, only three will remain (and one for satellites networks), which will facilitate customers’ orientation within the plans. At the same time, calling rates to neighbouring countries will be reduced, allowing customers to make calls at CZK 6.99 per minute. The offer will be launched on 1 February 2014.

“Customer satisfaction is our priority. Therefore we firmly believe that simplification and price reduction of international calls within the new S námi plans will be beneficial for them,” says Milan Hába, Vice President Category and Products, adding: “When calling to neighbouring countries, customers will save up to CZK 15 per minute, with calls to Slovakia up to CZK 7.50 per minute.”

The operator’s statistical data clearly show that the three most popular destinations for international calls across all segments are Slovakia, Germany and Poland. This service is used annually by nearly 900,000 unique customers. The longest calls are made to Vietnam, Moldavia, Azerbaijan, Japan and the United States. The most enthusiastic user of calls abroad among residential customers made international calls in the aggregate length of 19 hours in a single month. The operator monthly registers 251,839 customers calling abroad on average.
