T-Mobile has a new representative in the Association of Mobile Network Operators

  • Miroslav Uřičař will represent T-Mobile in the Association of Mobile Network Operators

Prague, 19 January 2007 - Following the resignation of Aleš Janků, T-Mobile Czech Republic a.s. appointed Mgr. Miroslav Uřičař (1974), Vice President of the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department, to represent the company in the Association of Mobile Network Operators (APMS). He was also appointed a member of the Board of this Association.

Miroslav Uřičař joined T-Mobile in 1999. As General Legal Counsel, he heads the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department at T-Mobile and is also responsible for the public affairs area. He regularly participates in international projects implemented within the T-Mobile International Group. His specialization includes administrative law, regulatory issues with respect to electronic communications networks and competition law. He is the Chairman of the Legislative Committee of the Czech Association for Competition Law. He occasionally speaks at conferences and seminars and publishes papers in the relevant areas.

JUDr. Aleš Janků (1950) left the company at the end of 2006. He worked in the position of Vice President Corporate Affairs and headed the Corporate Affairs Department, which is responsible for the company's internal and external PR, public affairs and corporate social responsibility issues.
