T-Mobile launches Twist card top-up at Czech Post locations

  • Customers can now top up credit at an additional 3,300 locations
  • Top-up amounts range from CZK 200 to CZK 9,999

Prague, 2 August 2011 – T-Mobile has teamed up with Czech Post to provide the Twist card top-up service. Beginning today, customers can top up their credit via top-up coupons at all of the nearly 3,300 Czech Post locations around the country. Top-up amounts range from CZK 200 to CZK 9,999. 

“Not all possibilities for making credit top-up as accessible to our customers as possible have been fully used yet,” says Jan Roule, Vice President Residential Sales, adding: “Czech Post locations are an interesting alternative also for customers from smaller communities where there may not be a hypermarket or bank branch.” 

Via its strategic partner, T-Mobile is introducing another simple and fast alternative for its customers. Specially trained staff will lend a hand with credit top-up at post-office counters.

There are also other top-up options: customers can visit a T-Mobile shop or a T-Mobile partner shop. Credit can be sent using a bank card to anyone online from T-Mobile's website or via the Statement of Services. The operator also offers classic to-up vouchers in the values of CZK 250, 400, 600 and 1,000 that can be purchased in a broad network of vendors.

Credit can also be topped up online from a bank account – via the internet banking services of Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, GE Money, Komerční banka, Poštovní spořitelna and UniCredit Bank. For topping up their prepaid Twist cards, customers can equally use selected ATMs of ČSOB, Komerční banka, Česká spořitelna, Poštovní spořitelna, Volksbank, Euronet and Citibank and the extensive network of shops and petrol stations of Tesco, Globus, BILLA, ROSSMANN and Electro World. Credit can also be sent via Tipsport betting offices and CCS and e-va terminals.
