T-Mobile presents a unique offer to business customers

  • More care, more advantages, more services - customers with as little as a single business SIM card can choose from the new offer 
  • Customers who sign a key account contract by 30 June, will receive double the amount of free minutes for the whole duration of the contract
  • Data showrooms - this is where you can obtain detailed information about the T-Mobile services 

Prague, 24 April 2003 - T-Mobile provides its business customers with a complete offer of services that bring real mobility to business activities. The operator is aware of the fact that the customer's satisfaction is a result of several factors - extent of the services provided, individual approach or flexibility. The fact that T-Mobile is able to meet such high demands, is demonstrated by large growth in the number of business customers in the year 2002 - at present, the T-Mobile services are used not only by the top two biggest companies in the Czech Republic, but also by a large number of small enterprises (up to 5 employees).

In order to continue this trend successfully, T-Mobile brings, as of 1 May, a new all-embracing offer for all entrepreneurs, companies or large enterprises which is quite unique in the Czech market. The level of customer care, the price program and special offers are categorized according to the selected type of contract. The certificate of a business customer and related benefits may be obtained by a customer with as little as one business SIM card; the customers with a monthly account of CZK 5,000 and higher are offered a key account contract and the customers with monthly accounts of CZK 30,000 and higher are offered a Frame key account contract.

Certificate of a business customer
Entrepreneurs or small enterprises may obtain the certificate of a business customer. The only condition is the use of at least one business T-Mobile SIM card. The business customers with the certificate of a business customer can obtain discounts on activation, accessories and mobile handsets, the possibility to call for special rates within the virtual private network (the condition is having at least 5 SIM cards), one billing statement for all SIM cards etc.

Key Account Contract
The newly introduced offer focuses on a key account contract - a product designed for all business customers who spend at least CZK 5,000 per month for mobile communication. "If the business customers expect that they will spend at least CZK 5,000 per month for the services of a mobile operator and would like to receive adequate value for their money, they can conclude a key account contract with us," says the marketing director of RadioMobil, a.s., Mr Jiří Dvorjančanský, and adds: "The customer will receive a higher level of customers care and a number of other benefits for the whole duration of the two-year contract."


The above mentioned benefits include, among others:
remission of a deposit for activation (CZK 500.-)
discount on activation in the amount of 50% (CZK 1,499.-)
infoline for key accounts (4644)
discount on accessories (10%) and non-subsidised phones (5%)
special offer of subsidised phones within the product "T-Mobile Extra"
attractive calling rates within the virtual private network (the condition is having at least 5 active SIM cards)
possibility of combining and sharing of points obtained in the T-Mobile Bonus program within the firm  
combined statement of services
possibility to use services provided by the data partners 

Customers who sign the key account contract by 30 June 2003 will receive a special bonus - double the amount of free minutes to their current tariff T80, T200 and T400 for the whole duration of the contract.

Frame key account contract
The key accounts with monthly billing statements of CZK 30,000 and higher are offered a frame contract in which the contractual conditions and the customers care are solved individually, according to the customer's requirements and needs.

Data showrooms
T-Mobile offers a whole range of products, some of them - particularly from the area of data services - are more complex. Operators of special data infoline (4684) or data centers assist the customers who would like to use a certain data service with its set-up. Those interested in a certain service could until now obtain information about its application only from the printed materials or the Internet. As such a picture cannot be complete, T-Mobile decided to build new show centers (data showrooms), where the customers have a unique opportunity to try out the services in practice.
The presentations in showrooms aim primarily at the representatives of business customers. Nevertheless, anybody who would like to get to know the data services in depth can apply for the visit. Those interested can apply either via 800 73 73 73 or within the active telemarketing that T-Mobile performs.

In April, the presentation program focuses on the T-Mobile Office Management services (MobileBox, T-Mobile Information Server, Virtual Office etc.). In May, the SMS services (My Info, SMS Connect, SMS Direct, Private SMS Gate) will be added to this program, and in June the offer will be extended by the presentation of the so-called location based services (LBS; i.e. Locator, Navigator and SIM toolkit). The register of the services presented will continue to be extended.
