T-Mobile Upgrades the Voice Mailbox and Offers New Services

  •  Welcome greetings will make calls to Voice Mailbox more enjoyable
  • Users can obtain details on the calls missed when out of reach via SMS

Prague, 18 February 2003 - Starting today, T-Mobile is offering customers a number of Voice Mailbox improvements and a new service - Missed Calls Register. Welcome greetings will make communication with the Voice Mailbox more enjoyable for callers, the Missed Calls Register will provide customers with information on the calls missed during the time they were out of reach.

"Welcome greetings are not the only improvement we are offering to all voicemail users. For example, they will now be provided with details (telephone number) on the caller who leaves a message. Furthermore, access to the Voice Mailbox is easier now when calling from abroad: When dialling +420 603 12 33 11 from one's own phone, it is no longer necessary to enter the telephone number and password," says Jiri Hajek, press spokesman for RadioMobil.

Missed Calls Register
Missed Calls Register is a service designed for those customers who do not have an active Voicemail Box or MobileBox. Thanks to this service, they can now obtain information on the calls missed when their had their phone switched off or were outside signal coverage. After logging on to the network, they will receive an SMS with the phone numbers of users who tried to call them. In addition to the phone numbers (up to five unique numbers), the message will also contain the date and time of the call. Missed Calls Register can be activated by calling the T-Mobile Infoline on 4603 or at the t-zones portal. Incoming SMS are free of charge while this offer lasts.

Welcome greetings
For all T-Mobile customers with an active Voice Mailbox, there is a new service called "Welcome Greetings". Users can select a personal greeting from the available range of greetings divided into several categories and save it in the mailbox. The greeting will then welcome each caller forwarded to the Voice Mailbox. No activation is necessary to be able to use this service. To select a welcome greeting, users can just call 6611. Calls to 6611 are charged at the rate of CZK 3.15. The price of CZK 14.90 is charged for each welcome greeting saved in the mailbox. (The prices are incl. VAT).
