Do you recall the legendary Motorola STARTAC or RAZR V3 clamshell phones? Or the tiny Nokia 3410?

There are tens of thousands of truly vintage phones still in use in our network.

Last year we issued summer infographics containing information about the number of vintage phones in the T-Mobile network (the Nokia 5110 from 1998 is used daily by an incredible 9,800 customers!) and, more recently, infographics about the evolution of T-Mobile SIM cards since the days of Paegas (more than 200,000 customers still have SIM cards with the Paegas logo!). Now, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of T-Mobile’s operation on the Czech market, we have prepared another overview containing interesting operating figures.

Ageless phones

Some people replace their phones with a new model every year, while other still swear by the phones they bought years ago, even in this age of LTE and touchscreen displays. Would you believe that more than 60,000 truly vintage models signed in to our network in May 2016? Some of them have been around since we got started 20 years ago.

Which ones are they?
