T-Mobile introduces a revamped Twist service and unlimited on-net calls after credit top-up

T-Mobile is rolling out a new form of the prepaid Twist card which will be introduced in the August advertising campaign. This change is also connected with an attractive innovation in the offer – a benefit appropriately called V síti (“In the Network”). Thanks to this benefit, customers can make unlimited calls to all T-Mobile numbers and will also receive an extra 100 MB of data. The benefit applies always for 30 days after customers top up their credit with CZK 300 or more.

Existing prepaid-card users who want to take advantage of the benefit must first register by, for example, sending a text message with NASIM VSITI to 4603. It is necessary to register only once. Subsequently, the reward will be activated always when customers top up their credit with a minimum of CZK 300 and will be valid for 30 days.

The operator has prepared for new customers a special edition of the prepaid Twist V síti (“Twist in the Network”) card on which the benefit of unlimited calls to T-Mobile numbers and the extra 100 MB of data is set up for the first 30 days free of charge. The edition is available through the usual outlets (e.g. at T-Mobile shops, on the website at www.t-mobile.cz/twist, etc.).

Information about the Twist campaign
T-Mobile’s Twist service is getting a facelift, which will distinguish the operator’s communication style in relation to this service from that relating to its other services. The campaign is based on the idea that people take care of their mobile phones and treat them as their mobile pets – hence the slogan “Twist. Food for your mobile pet.” (“Twist. Krmení pro váš mobil.”). Communication will be assisted by 3D mascots that will also be introduced in the August campaign. The campaign starts on the first day of August in the online, outdoor and social media channels; a TV spot will be launched one week later. More details are provided below.
