New T-Mobile Offerings and Events in November

Prague, 1 November 2002 â?" There is a wide range of new services and events for T-Mobile customers in November. A new phone, the MMS-enabled Sony Ericsson T300, has been introduced to the pre-Christmas market. The number of countries where T-Mobile customers can use T-Mobile GPRS Roaming has been extended. T-Mobile Navigator now helps look up the nearest football or ice-hockey stadium; in addition to the location of the stadium, customers can find out details on its current programme. T-Mobile Info provides information on the price of a taxi ride in Prague. The Freestyle motorcross championship of the Czech Republic will conclude the third annual Twist Extreme Tour, with participation of the leading representatives of the sport.

Sony Ericsson T300
Starting in November, T-Mobile is offering another MMS-enabled phone, Sony Ericsson T300. The phone is designed for contract customers as well as Twist users. Sony Ericsson T300 is delivered including a snap-on digital camera. It can be used to take colour photographs and send them as an MMS from anywhere.

Sony Ericsson T300 can be obtained for CZK 8,999. If subsidized, the phone costs CZK 4,499 (both excl. VAT). Within the T-Mobile Extra service, it costs just CZK 4,999 and this price can be further reduced by using T-Mobile Bonus points. In a Twist set, it is offered for CZK 9,999 incl. VAT.

T-Mobile GPRS Roaming
T-Mobile further extends the number of countries in which GPRS Roaming can be used. Data transmission via GPRS is thus available to customers in the networks of 14 operators in 13 countries of the world, now including the Dutch BEN network.

To be able to use GPRS abroad, customers do not need to set up or change anything. The service is used in the same way as in the national network. A great advantage for customers is the easy billing â?" for the use of GPRS Roaming, they will pay a price according to a unified tariff applicable to all countries and operators. T-Mobile Navigator
T-Mobile Navigator is currently able to look up information from forty different areas. The service is now able to look up the nearest football and ice-hockey stadium or playground. In the case of first and second league stadiums, customers will also receive, in addition to the address and phone number, the current programme. Customers can access this information in the same way as the other messages offered by T-Mobile Navigator. In the Navigator menu, the user selects Sport, FOTBAL or HOKEJ or HRISTE F (playground) or HRISTE H (to look up the nearest playground and stadium) and enters the desired number of stadiums. An outgoing SMS within T-Mobile Navigator is charged based on the customerâ??s tariff, an incoming SMS costs CZK 2.

Via T-Mobile Navigator, it is now possible to look up the nearest night club. After selecting the NIGHT CLUB option under Universal and entering the desired number of clubs, the customer will receive an SMS with the address, phone number and further information such as the programme and entrance fee. The outgoing SMS is charged based on the customerâ??s tariff, an incoming SMS costs CZK 9.

T-Mobile Info â?"Taxi infochannel
The new infochannel Taxi Price in Prague offers customers information on the prices of taxi services in the capital. The customer sends an SMS with the keyword Taxi to 4616 and the name of the points of departure and arrival (e.g. TAXI #MALOSTR.NAM.25##EVROPSKA 178). He/she will receive an answer with the maximum price and distance. If the user does not enter the house number, the answer will contain an estimated price and distance.

An outgoing SMS within T-Mobile Info is charged based on the customerâ??s tariff, an incoming SMS costs CZK 3.

Twist Extreme Tour
The 2nd freestyle motocross championship of the Czech Republic will conclude the third annual Twist Extreme Tour on Saturday 2 November 2002 in Pragueâ??s T-Mobile Arena. The worldâ??s leading representatives of this new sport will take part in the competition. The participants will include Mike Jones (USA), who will be defending his title, and Tommy Clowers (USA), who came second last year. Another American will be a hot favourite to win as well â?" Jake Windham.

Twist Extreme Tour is a unique sporting event not only in the Czech Republic but worldwide. It has rightfully become synonymous with extreme and high-adrenaline sports in this country. This yearâ??s tour, already the third in a row, included a series of snowboardcross and skiercross competitions, as well as a snowboard big air contest in its winter stage. The summer stage has offered wakeboarding, acrobatic skiing, BMX and freestyle motocross competitions.
